Products may be returned for an exchange upon contacting sales@bonkersforbambe.com within five (5) business days of delivery. Please submit photos of the damaged or defective product.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed as delivered to the address entered for the order. Please contact your carrier with your given tracking number for information regarding the delivery.
